A detailing studio approached us with a request for a stable flow of new applications for basic services: body preparation, polishing, dry cleaning and noise isolation. The task was to set up targeted advertising in such a way as to get results in the first month.

Initial situation and tasks

The client applied for the promotion of a modern detailing center in Lviv. The studio already had quality services and strong expertise, but:

  • there was no optimized system for generating applications from social networks;
  • advertising was launched earlier, but the results need to be optimized;
  • geography was limited only to Lviv, and it was important not to scatter the budget on unnecessary audiences.

The goal: in a short time to set up an advertising system, test audiences and get first results through applications for specific services.

Before proceeding to the settings, we conduct a client briefing to determine the current state of the business, priorities and special offers. The client immediately offered quite competitive offers: certified German materials, chemicals of well-known brands, a comfortable waiting area, parking, as well as a taxi for the customer when he leaves the car at the service.

What we did:

  • Created and configured Business Manager for correct operation of advertising campaigns.
  • We have prepared a set of target audiences: car owners in Lviv, interested in car care, tuning and repair.
  • We developed advertising banners with an emphasis on the visual result, the aesthetics of polishing and dry cleaning.
  • Wrote texts with specific offers – benefits, shares, limited offers.
  • We launched campaigns on Facebook and Instagram, with a clear geo – Lviv + 10 km.
  • Applications for advertising were integrated into the Telegram chatbot: all contacts were automatically transferred to the channel for prompt processing by managers.
  • Over the course of a month, optimization was carried out – irrelevant audiences were cut off, different creatives were tested.

From the first days, the auto detailing studio received applications, subsequently we were able to optimize this result in order to achieve profitability.

Results for the first month

It should be noted that at the end of the first month of cooperation, significant changes occurred in the client’s business, due to which it was no longer possible to invest in marketing. However, the obtained results made it possible to maintain the profit level even in difficult times for business:

  • 30 applications for detailing services (body preparation, polishing, dry cleaning, noise insulation);
  • automation of the application processing – all leads were sent to the Telegram channel, which reduced the manager’s response time;
  • first statistics on audiences and creatives, which allowed us to understand what works best.

In the case of extending advertising for 2-3 months and beyond, there is always an opportunity to test a larger number of hypotheses, different formats of advertising creatives and sets of audiences, which increases the number of customers turned to auto detailing and reduces the cost of advertising to the client.

Conclusions

In the promotion of local businesses, quick verification of hypotheses and competent audience segmentation are important. Thanks to the accurate geo, the right creatives and the automation of application processing, the detailing studio in Lviv received a stable flow of leads already in the first month of cooperation.
