Where we started
The owner of a rehabilitation center wanted to improve the results of his promotion. The center already had experience in multichannel marketing, but the results did not allow to get the targeted return on investment. The main tasks that were set for our team were:
- increase the number of targeted applications;
- reduce the cost of an application to improve profitability;
- update the structure and design of the website;
- to organize end-to-end analytics that would allow us to track all applications from various sources: direct applications on Instagram, Facebook, advertising, organic search, and calls.
We also had to segment the audience based on their needs and the rehabilitation center’s services. This was done so that the user could find a solution to their problem and the center could find a potential client who could really be helped.
What have we done
Our team began its work by thoroughly researching previous results and marketing reports. We also analyzed the website’s analytics, usability, structure, and content. Together with the client, we identified the main competitors, their strengths, and weaknesses. The result of the analytical work was a clear and consistent strategy for the development of the rehabilitation center on the Internet:

The preparation of the website required an analysis of both previous results and existing strong players in this market. - We took into account the possibilities of setting up end-to-end analytics.

Targeted advertising with Meta Ads
Segmentation of the target audience and the creation of separate offers for each segment showed positive results. We managed to increase the number of applications on the website and reduce their cost. The results before the start of cooperation (Screenshot 2) – the cost of a lead in the range of $25-58.

After setting up new advertising campaigns from AG.Marketing, the cost per application decreased to $10 on average, and the number of requests increased (Screenshot 3).

Thus, the new targeted advertising strategy for the rehabilitation center showed positive results in the first months of implementation. Currently, this indicator is only improving due to the seasonality, peculiarities of advertising optimization, and promotional offers.
Google Ads
Since before the start of cooperation, Google ads did not bring the desired results and did not reach the KPIs, we decided to refine and optimize the current advertising campaigns, as well as expand them and supplement them as needed. We collected additional semantics and optimized the cost-per-click indicators and bid strategies. New headlines and ad extensions were formulated to reflect the new offers of the rehabilitation center.

We managed to reduce the cost of an application and increase the number of applications from this advertising channel by 72%. Before the start of cooperation, the cost of the application was 419 UAH, and the number of applications was 180 (Screenshot 4). The selected period is 1 month, comparing the results month to month in similar periods of the year. After the start of cooperation (Screenshot 5) – 310 applications with an average cost of 240 UAH.

The conversion rates of advertising campaigns have also increased significantly, which indicates the highest possible optimization, detailed semantics, and work on ad extensions.
